I had a phone interview this morning with a theatre group in Seattle, and if I accept it I'll be there on October 1st. They're having a meeting on the 21st but since I can't be there they said they'd just have me call in on speaker phone for the meeting. Crazy. That means I can still be down here for Lindsay's wedding on the 25th instead of flying back again, AND I can still work for two more weeks in California. It's a smaller theatre but it is professional and the internship would be pretty perfect for me. It's no Seattle Rep but it's a good theatre.
I also have a phone interview tomorrow morning with a theatre in New York. I don't know what to do with this one. It would be incredible, and I'd be in New York, but it would be so expensive to live there right now and I don't know that I could afford it. Oh, but to be working at a theatre in New York...isn't that the dream?
Starting to feel like a real person again. A real person who conference calls into meetings.
